Born and raised in Thurles Co. Tipperary. Graduate of UCC and DCU. Now working in IT infrastructure management in South Dublin. Passionate about GAA , rugby, soccer, all things sporting in fact.
I would class myself as a very positive person. I started the coaching course with Irish Lifecoach Institute purely for myself as I had heard great things about the course since 2009!! I finally took the plunge. It proved to be a life changing and transformative experience for me. I’m really looking to pass that feeling onto others. Too many of us just go through the motions, and expect things to change as if by magic. There is always a lot of hard work behind successful endeavours and I’m interested in how these work.
I am trained to reiki level 2, enjoy meditation and am looking forward to doing more yoga. I have a holistic background allied to a technical mind and I believe that with personal experience and learned experience that anything is possible.
My Passion
I believe that we all have unlimited potential past what we do everyday. There has to be better ways of doing things. We just haven’t found them yet. What if all this was under your nose-literally!! What if you held a lot of the answers to current and future questions that will affect your life, everyone need guidance when it comes to careers and goals. Iron sharpens iron as they say. I believe with my coaching expertise and life experiences that you will be able to open yourself up to what is achievable. Keep going. Always keep going. Resilience is everything. We will all have bad days, trust me anyone who says differently….Well you know what I think? Its a case of keeping things in perspective. The situations we find ourselves in and own behaviour equal our emotions. Some situations (i.e. its raining, your car breaks down, etc) simply cannot be changed. My passion is helping others explore this and find out for themselves what works best for them.
