Coaching is a professional relationship between a Life Coach and a Client which facilitates performance improvement, learning, and development. Coaching is future oriented and action oriented. Coaching focuses on personal sustainable growth.

Everyone and anyone. It can range from a CEO to an aspiring student to a wannabee blogger to someone who has recently retired. One size definitely doesn’t fit all.

Coaching is not therapy in the strictest sense of the word. Coaching is not advising, telling or influencing. Though it might be therapeutic in its effect it  is not therapy or counselling. Coaching is based on the premise that each person instinctively has all the answers to all their own questions. The coaches’ role is to facilitate the client in gaining clarity, setting goals and taking action. This applies in all areas of life, whether it is personal, business or executive coaching.
