Coaching is not therapy in the strictest sense of the word. Coaching is not advising, telling or influencing. Though it might be therapeutic in its effect it\u00a0 is not therapy or counselling. Coaching is based on the premise that each person instinctively has all<\/strong> the answers to all<\/strong> their own questions. The coaches’ role is to facilitate the client in gaining clarity<\/span>, setting goals<\/span> and taking action<\/span>. This applies in all areas of life, whether it is personal, business or executive coaching.\u00a0<\/p>

I completed 128 in-class hours and 200 out-of-class hours during an accredited course with the Irish Lifecoach Institute<\/a>. I am registered with the International Coaching Federation<\/a>. I am fully insured.\u00a0<\/p>
